International Shipping to UK and EU countries
We started shipping internationally from the US 6 months ago and were able to ship to all EU and the UK. Lately I have customer saying our product says it is sold out when they try to make a purchase. (we have inventory in every case that someone contacted us). We have all the shipping settings unchecked so we should be able to ship to those countries.
Right now I cannot sell to customers in the UK and in France. Besides the shipping settings check box, is there something I am missing that can allow customers to purchase from us.

What's the item number of a problematic listing?
I can check to see if an item is being falsely blocked.

Mentor5 months ago@detaildemontools Unfortunately I do not see any reasons that the listing is blocked other than the UK and EU import restrictions.
