    International Shipping to the Netherlands
                     

    Hello All,

    I am in the United States and I have a person in the Netherlands purchasing an item that is 300$ US but when the invoice goes to them is says 363$ US. Is this the Value Added Tax for this country?

    That item ships using ebay International Shipping, so I believe the buyer is charged for domestic shipping to the EIS hub, the international shipping to Netherlands, plus customs fees & duties.
