International shipping to Germany "red flagged"
Hi, I have a customer from Germany that wants to purchase something. I sent them an offer, and they tried to purchase it, but said it was "red flagged" as no shipping to Germany. I have no restrictions on my international shipping. Does anyone know how to remedy this ?

It is most likely the item itself. Germany has strict regulations on what can be shipped there. If you are enrolled in the eBay International Shipping Program, that Program will block items that cannot be shipped to various countries countries due to their import regulations.
If you go to that listing and look at the long list of countries you ship to, if Germany isn't listed, that item is blocked. You might still be able to ship it direct, but you would lose most of your Seller Protections.
