Not all of your items are set to ship internationally ... I just checked the cannon listing you have, NO international shipping for that one. You will need to check all of your lsitings or use the Bulk Editor and turn International shipping on.
However, keep in mind some items might be restricted to ship internationally to various countries.
Some items are restricted or prohibited from being shipped internationally through eBay, including categories like radioactive materials, hazardous goods, export-controlled items, certain vehicle parts, standalone lithium batteries, drones, flammable fragrances, and personal security items such as pepper spray.
If you want to prevent buyers in specific countries from purchasing your item due to shipping restrictions, you can exclude those countries in your shipping preferences or business policies.
Also, items shipped to the UK must comply with UK regulations such as CE Certification and plug/socket requirements. Shipping methods like eBay International Shipping have specific restrictions on certain items and categories.
Learn more and manage your international shipping settings in the International trading policy and eBay International Shipping program.

OP2 weeks agoThanks for the help. I'll check my items. I assume I have to check each one?

Mentor2 weeks ago · Edited@crose1120 At the end of your shipping cost line on the listing is a Details link, click that. The pop-up will show you countries you ship to or Exclude.
I think you also need to check all of your listings for the shipping settings, weight, dimensions, etc. This item is show only $ 2.30 to ship from OR to PA for $ 2.75 Economy and $ 6.65 Priority Mail ... that is not going to happen. We see a lot of mistakes from newer sellers in the area of shipping where they lose money OR they will cancel transactions not wanting to lose money on the shipping piece ... that yields strikes on their accounts. Based on what I have seen on just a few listings I would say yes, do each of your 67 listings individually via the Edit function.
My advice would be to sell Domestically until you gain experience and get your listings inline with correct shipping settings before venturing into selling Internationally.

If that item is allowed to be shipped to Brazil, your Buyer should be able to see their costs.
If you go to that listing and look at the countries you ship to, if Brazil is not on that list, that item can't be sent there via the eBay International Shipping Program.
