International shipping to Australia

Question

I just sold some silver coins to someone in Australia. Come to find out USPS, UPS and FedEx either do not ship precious metals to Australia or the fee is three times what it should be. How do I handle this with the buyer to cancel the order without repercussion?

You don't have International shipping in your listings, so you cancel the transaction on eBay, and that will refund the buyer.

To the right you should be able to select Cancel Sale from the drop down list.

Chose the reason 'Problem with Buyer's Address'

(apologize to the buyer who will be disappointed)

> Click on the order title to reach Order Details
