International Shipping to Australia
We have a buyer from Australia trying to purchase one of our listings. On her end, international shipping is not an option. We have international shipping available on all of our listings, and have double checked every setting- we are "opted in", it's showing on our end on the listing, and no countries are excluded. We've also checked the box weight and size to make sure those numbers are inside the international shipping program limits. I'm not sure what else to do!! Help?!?

When this happens it's because the item itself cannot be shipped to Australia. A quick way to confirm this is to go to that listing and look at the long list of countries you ship to. If Australia is not on that list, the item is blocked from shipping there.
You can try to ship direct to Australia but you will lose most of your Seller Protections.
