International shipping still a mystery.
Hi,
I have a listing where I did not exclude international shipping. I watched some eBay videos and read some help pages and I have no idea how to do it! My potential buyers are asking how much shipping is to Taiwan, India, Ireland etc. How would I know! There is no calculator on eBay or the listing page that I can see.
I send package to a local US hub. What is the address? That's what I pay for shipping?
The buyer pays for forwarding from there and customs? How do any of us find out how much the charges will be?
Thank You,
G.

Many countries have introduced safety and packaging regulations that cause some items to be blocked from shipping by the eBay International Shipping Program.
The easiest way to tell if the item is blocked is to look at the long list of countries you ship to. If your Buyer's country is not on that list, that item can't be sent there through eIS.
If their country is on the list, they should be able to see the fees they need to pay to eBay to get the item from the hub to their country.
