International Shipping Quote
My Canadian buyer is not seeing a shipping estimate and asking me for a quote which I cannot provide because I am enrolled in the ebay international shipping program and Canada is NOT excluded. Any suggestions as to why he is not seeing a quote? It's a 70 lb box.

If this is for the Philco, according to that listing, it's not available to ship via the eBay International Shipping Program. The listing shows it can only ship to the United States.
This setting comes from eBay.
It's not anything you did or did not do and you cannot change it. It's possible the components aren't allowed to be shipped outside the U.S.
