International shipping question
If I offer free shipping on an item but it is purchased by an individual in the UK am I only paying the domestic shipping to get it to the hub and then the buyer will pay the international costs? Potential buyer is asking for estimated shipping cost and I don’t know what to tell them.

When you make a sale through the eBay International Shipping Program (eIS), your shipping costs are only to the Glendale Heights Illinois hub.
If your Buyer can't see their costs to ship from the Hub to the U.K., it's very likely that item can't ship there. This is especially true with toys.
