International shipping question
I have shipped internationally before, and according to my shipping preferences, I have opted in to the eBay international shipping option. However, for my item #266539461251, I have a potential buyer in Canada who cannot purchase the item because the listing keeps telling him I don't ship to Canada. What am I missing?
