International Shipping Qs

Question

Hi friends - I am struggling with eBay Intl - shipping non-alcoholic/non-hazardous fragrance oil. it's been returned a few times thru hub - called and eBay said it has to be marked hazardous to get thru but it's not hazardous whatsoever - thoughts? Help? I know for a fact many have shipped this item all over world - pls help

All liquids need to be marked in order to be shipped domestically and internationally.
