    International shipping Program Tracking information
                     

    If someone buys an item from a seller using the international shipping program, how does the buyer get the tracking information from the Ebay hub to the foreign address?  In this case, the seller is responsible for shipping to the hub and then Ebay handles the shipping and paperwork for the overseas shipping but nothing but a delivery date is showing - no tracking information.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you.
