International Shipping Program Customer Service
We have successfully delivered an order to eBay's international shipping hub in Illinois. eBay is suppose to assist customers with problems incurred after it arrives at their hub. Our customer did not receive the item. He is reaching out to us for a refund. How do we get them in touch with eBay's customer support team? We have no delivery information that we can see on our side since eBay handles all delivery information for international orders after they reach their hub.

Even with an International sale, you should be able to go to the Order Details for this transaction. There should be an estimated delivery date from the hub to the Buyer.
If it is past that date, the Buyer needs to open an Item Not Received refund request on eBay. Then eBay will take it from there.
