International Shipping Program
Was recently enrolled in the International Shipping Program. I have someone from Portugal interested in an item of mine, but it won't let them check out and tells them Portugal isn't somewhere I ship. I thought the program included over 200 countries with Portugal included, but I may be wrong. Can someone please clarify so I can tell the buyer why it's not working? Thanks in advance.
