International Shipping program
I have someone from Bolivia message me that they cant bid on an item. It says im enrolled in International shipping program and Bolivia is on the list of countries so why can the buyer not bid?

I am a new to selling on Ebay but I have above standard seller performance so far and it does say im enrolled in international shipping program. I tried to add international shipping to the listing but i cant revise the listing since there are bids.

Mentor3 years ago@lacexc Sorry but this item does not have ANY eBay International Shipping on it so international buyers will not be able to bid.
I think it's because of the word or other food items, turkey, pumpkin... the filters that choose which items can be imported into a country go by the titles. I see other listings of yours with Egg in the title that do not have EIS shipping.
Although after a closer look some are not included in EIS that do NOT have any foods mentioned so why some of your Smurfs are not EIS is a mystery to me.

For the item that the Bolivia buyer wants to bid on I am sorry to say nothing can be changed now since it has bids already.
You can ask them why most of your other Smurfs are not included, even ones without foods in the title name.
