International Shipping Program
The international shipping program charges the buyer an amount for shipping, then as you print the shipping label this amount increases to more than the buyer was charged, which has to be paid by the seller. This was a problem with the previous international shipping program and continues to be a problem with the new one. CAN EBAY PLEASE ADDRESS THIS?
