international shipping program

Hello,

My customer purchased an item but cant pay until i send an invoice. When i go to send an invoice, it gives me only international shipping options. I am enrolled in ebays international shipping program, and would like to ship this to ebay domestically but cant figure out how to do that. Has anyone else had this issue?

Apparently you did not have the EIS option enabled on this listing before purchase. So your options are either cancel for an address problem and revise the listing or send an invoice with your own direct international option and cost.
