international shipping problems
Hi I am having problems with an international package not arriving on time and now its say the package is undeliverable due to wrong address. I am the seller of this package. the package says "DHL eCommerce America reported the following about our hub's shipment to the buyer: UNDELIVERABLE - INCORRECT ADDRESS." What can I do to help the situation? thank you

Mentor8 months ago@bricked-up-legos. The buyer should file a not received refund request.
eBay will refund the buyer out of their pocket and you keep the $ from the sale.
You are only responsible for the item arriving safely to the hub.
