International shipping policies
I am enrolled in the eBay international shipping program. Since I started using shipping policies, I have not had any international sales. I usually use a USPS or FedEx policy with free shipping. I keep getting messages from people in other countries asking if I can offer an international shipping option for them. I used to be able to choose a USPS international option to add to the listing, but that option a long with the normal list of shipping options is gone now that I use shipping policies. I thought that I might be able to make an international shipping policy, but there are no options that I see to do that. I also wonder why the buyer can't just buy the item since I'm enrolled in the eBay international shipping program. I would greatly appreciate any feedback on this problem. Thank you for reading.

Mentor5 months agoI went to one of your active listings, clicked on the shipping SEE DETAILS, changed my location to United Kingdom/updated, and the item shows it does ship using the ebay International Shipping program.
