International shipping package sitting in distribution center for 10 days no updates

Question

I shipped a package through eBay shipping to Australia on June 26th. Arrived at distribution center in Illinois on June 30th. Now I get crickets....no a single update in 10 days and I can't get a hold of a live person at all anywhere to help track this thing down. What do I do?
