International shipping overcharged for seller ( $10 more than buyer)
Good afternoon,
Thank you for your time. I am selling international but every time I have a sale , my shipping label costs me $10 more than the buyer. How can I fix this situation?.
Thank you again.

Mentor2 years ago@annieclothset You have set up your shipping incorrectly. Shipping is one of the things that can take a bit of time for sellers to learn. The advice I offer in this reply is not the only way, so let me know if you want to explore other options.
Is what I see on the most recent sold item
This is a NON tracked shipping method for flats like documents and you pay for it at the post office.
I recommend you opt into the EIS program in your account settings.
If you are eligible then the opt in option is at the top of this page: https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf
I highly recommend using the eBay International Shipping program if the item meets the program requirements.
The following requirements apply to items shipped through eBay International Shipping:
Items are physically located in the US and listed on eBay.com
Items are eligible for export and the cost doesn't exceed $2500 USD
Packages should not exceed:
44 lbs. billable weight for every country except Canada (maximum billable weight for Canada is 66 lbs.)
48 inches in length, 118 inches in length + girth (Girth = 2 x width + 2 x height)
There are also category restrictions that you can see on this page:

I like to use the eBay International Shipping Program. It's easy to use and all you have to do is ship the item to the EIS package forwarding center in the US. eBay handles ALL refund requests for items shipped with eBay International Shipping Program. eBay refunds the buyers for refund requests and you keep the sale.
Then you will need to REVISE the current listings. You would select NO international Shipping on the listings as YOU will only ship to the US forwarding hub.
You can use Bulk Edit to Revise your active listings that do not have Bids, Open Offers, Or less than 12 hours left on an auction.
How to use bulk edit:
1. Go to this active listings page : https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active
2. Put a checkmark next to all items.
3. Select edit from the top of the list
4. Select all items again
5. Select edit fields on the upper left> shipping> edit and submit
