International Shipping Order - Error at Checkout
A customer is attempting to order my product from Canada.

He receives an error and is told to contact seller. Fortunately he contacted me. I checked my listing and International Shipping appears to be turned on. I have had many international orders up to this point. I am unsure why this customer is receiving this error. I would appreciate an assist on this one. Thanks in advance!

OP6 months agoUPDATE: I asked him to try a different listing and the order was processed without issue. Thoughts on what could be the issue with this listing?
