International Shipping on excluded International Country
Hi,
I have an offer on the first item I've listed on eBay and it's from a buyer in China. I accepted the offer but realized afterward that they're in China and, I had excluded Asia on my International Shipping Policy. I guess I thought that if I excluded certain countries, buyers from those countries wouldn't see or be able to bid on my items. But I think I'm wrong about this, since I had an offer from China. I would like to complete this sale even though I had excluded this country on my post. Do you know if I'll be able to follow through with accepting this offer? I haven't heard from eBay on this yet. Thanks so much...
