International Shipping on eBay.
I have a listing getting serious interest from Europe (I am in USA). But I cannot acquire International Shipping for my item. I have 100% rating but am not a frequent seller.
the eBay website is worthless!
Help!

Ebay automatically enrolls Sellers once they become eligible for the eBay International Shipping Program (eIS). In the meantime, all you can do is show much more current and ongoing activity on your account.
You might be able to ship directly to an overseas Buyer, but you would lose most of your Seller Protections by not going through eIS.
