International Shipping Not working
I have International Shipping Program Enrolled on settings. However, I have now had two international buyers from UK stating that it isn't an option on my item posted they want to purchase. When I look it says the international option is there, but on their end it doesn't?! Is this a problem I can fix

The U.K. and several other countries have introduced safety and packaging regulations that cause some items to be blocked by the eBay International Shipping Program (eIS).
If you go to the listings in question and look at the long list of countries you ship to, if the U.K. is not on that list, it's the item itself that cannot be shipped there via eIS.
