International shipping, no tracking updates
I am new to selling over seas. Ebay states that I just print out their label and they take care of everything. Buyer is now asking where the package is because there has been no tracking update for 5 days due to it being transfered from USPS to an international company. How do I find the international traking updates from that company? I want to make sure the package is going where it needs to go!

Mentor2 weeks agoGo to the shipped transaction. You should see the USPS tracking number and once the package is shipped to the buyer you should also see that tracking number as well.

OP2 weeks agoThank you. I did look at that and I see the new tracking number. I am unable to click on it to see any details about the new number. I then went onto that company's website and put in the new tracking number. It states "nothing is found". Ebay is still updating the arrival date, though. How can I find where in the world my package is located?
