International shipping mistake
I am going to guest there was a button to select for NO International shipping. My item sold and I had free shipping. But the buyer is from Japan. Help. What should I do?

You will ship it to the address eBay provided with payment, just like every other transaction.
once inspected at the international shipping hub, eBay ships it to the buyer.
Nothing to cancel.
You are responsible for the package until it reaches the hub. If it gets lost or the buyer wants to return it, eBay handles it.

Edited to add... I checked your listing prior to responding and it is NOT enrolled in the eBay International Shipping Program. You only have shipping to the US.
Cancel the sale as problem with the buyers address from the drop down menu next to the item UNLESS the buyer can provide a US address at checkout they should not be able to pay.
Your free shipping is only to a USA location.
If the buyer does use a package forwarding service then you are only responsible for the item arriving safely to the US address. However be sure to ship with UPS so you have tracking proof of delivery. USPS doesn't scan packages for package forwarding companies.
Reshipping voids the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
Have you set up your buyer requirements in account settings?
Click this link: https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/buyerrequirements Then block buyers with 2 or more unpaid items in 12 months.
Also block buyers in locations you do not ship to. This will prevent buyers from trying to purchase items when you do not ship to their location.
