Why is this happening? It's the second time I've noticed it recently. I sold an item to Australia, filed out all the customs info and everything, Bobby the label for $32.07 and printed it, packaged it, and shipped it. I check my payment activity and nothing shows up fit the label. I get paid out to my bank, and over a week later I see my ebay balance is -$32.07.
