International shipping label doesn't populate eBay address of customer info

Question

This is what appears when I try to create a label. No customer ID # or actual address to ship to eBay shipping center. This is going to Canada.

@quartercounter25 The listing does show shipping to Canada with EIS. I suspect that the problem is as @momtoabeautifuldaughter stated. Have you tried actually printing the label?

Not saying this is what is happening with yours but the other day I had one show up like this but when I went to print the label on my Print Preview page it shown all the info.
