International Shipping Issues
Someone messaged me that shipping my item to their country is unavailable and asked if I could enable shipping to Norway. I've looked and I don't have any shipping exclusions, my listing is set for International Shipping, yet they still can't purchase. Mentor1 month agoI looked at the listing and Norway is not on the list of ship to countries. Since you opted into the EIS, I will assume that Norway has some restriction on importing that item into their country.

Mentor1 month ago@justynwillma-0 Message the buyer and tell them sorry but Norway is blocked for shipping this item. This could be due to import Norway import restrictions or restrictions of the eBay International Shipping Program.

OP1 month agoOk, thank you. I'll do that. That's sad that he can see it and request me to enable selling to that country when I have no control over it. I wish eBay wouldn't allow him to send the automated request when it's their/ customs restrictions that won't let me sell. Thanks!

Mentor1 month ago@justynwillma-0 I recommend going to buyer requirements in account settings and blocking buyers in locations you don't ship to. That will prevent buyers from trying to buy items that they can't purchase. Let me know if you need a link and I can share when I'm on my computer later.

Also block buyers with 2 or more unpaid items in 12 months.
