international shipping issue
I listed an item ,1-0955-65768 I sold . I shipped it as instructed to the global shipping location in LAX. Now I have been charge $49 international charge from EBAYbecause of why? .I did not even get that much from the customer totally with the cost and the shipping. I always make my listings as buyers pays shipping .
