International shipping is too high.
Today i tried to order an minoxidil foam but the international shipping is more than the price of the item. Is there any reason for that?

The cost of shipping is completely unrelated to item price. It is based on package size and weight, carrier, class of service, and the distance between the to/from locations.
International shipping can be very expensive.
