International Shipping for a seller who doesn't ship internationally
I do not ship internationally. A bidder from Canada was able to bid on my item and he won. I am unable to send an invoice to him. Ebay gives the error message "cannot invoice international customers". The buyer told me that I can ship to Canada and gave me an address via an email through Ebay. I'm not sure what to do.

You will be shipping the item to the EIS hub (which was originally located in Glendale Heights, IL) but there are probably more now. They will prepare the customs form and send onto your buyer. Once tracking shows DELIVERED to that hub, your obligation is over.

OP2 years agoHow do I get that address into my buyers ship to address? I can’t even send him an invoice. I get the error from EBay “ cannot invoice international buyers. He WOULD NOT update his ship to address. I was told by EBay fro Business to cancel the sale. He wanted me to ship to an address in an email which is a big no no.
