international shipping fees and/or taxes

Can someone please advise if there will be any additional fees and/or taxes if I ship from the US to Canada using eBays hub in Illinois?

As far as the seller is concerned it is domestic shipping. eBay charges the buyer for the international leg and any duties or Canadian taxes (it does not collect Illinois taxes since the destination is not there) it is required (or it figures is in its best interest, e.g. to avoid having to cover the cost of return shipping if the buyer refuses to pay) to collect.
