international shipping fees
If you use eBay international shipping, and only pay the fee to a domestic shipping hub, who pays for the international shipping from the hub to the destination?

I know it seems a little confusing...
The buyer pays the total amount of the shipping, taxes, customs, and any other fees.
eBay gives you the portion paid to cover the shipping to the hub, and the rest is used for the hub to process and ship the order on to the buyer.
