International Shipping Eligible Countries
As far as I can tell, all of my shipping settings are set up correctly to ship internationally, with no exclusions. However, I have a customer reaching out because they are unable to purchase one of my listings. It gives them an error that "this seller does not ship to Hong Kong". How can I fix this for them to purchase?

Which item number?
I see several exclusions on your latest listing, and Hong Kong does not appear on the list of countries you ship to.

Except for those, you will still need to provide a valid shipping method for every other country you want to ship to, and you will need to ensure that your item or category is eligible to be shipped to that country.
