International shipping denied ???
I have someone from the UK that wants to purchase a item. I am enrolled in the International shipping program he was denied the purchase. It says "Unfortunately this seller will not ship to your location. Please update your shipping address or contact the seller to get a shipping option". So no clue why that is I have no country excluded. Thanks

Mentor1 year ago@dmheroes_villians Items can not be shipped to all countries due to import restrictions. A lot of items are blocked from import to the UK.
If you'd share the item number I can see if a particular keyword is triggering the bot to block it. I helped one seller that was trying to ship a Hairspray Play Magazine and they had to remove the word Hairspray.

Mentor1 year agoUnfortunately any toys or items that are in any way electronic are blocked by the UK. This isn't eBay's choice but the UK. Many other toys are blocked too.
