International Shipping - Czech Republic can buy some listings in my shop but not others
Hoping for some help. I had a buyer reach out wanting to buy a Lord of The Rings watch I have for sale, he's in the Czech Republic and International Shipping wasn't showing. I only use ebay's service and have used it a handful of times, I checked my listing and on my end it showed it as an option for eligible countries/items. Here's the problem - I have other watches for sale at similar prices, Disney, and he has the option to buy with them being shipped to him. Price points are similar on them - $225 on LOTR and $250 on Disney. He said he's fine to do usps priority if all else fails, my preference is ebay's program because I'm nervous about doing international shipping outside of the platform. the item is on consignment.
I've read ebay's policies, the watch doesn't count as an excluded item, CZ is not an excluded country, the only thing I've read is that ebay can make a determination on which items can and can't be mailed through their service without disclosing why. How can he buy 1 watch but not the other? I tried making a brand new listing and adjusted the category to make sure it wasn't flagging anything. Is there an option to make this work, I'm at a loss right now.
