I have a customer from Norway who has 30 items but he can't seem to checkout.

Hi @cozyspaceship

Go to the following page in your account and scroll down to the Block settings section. There is a line that limits how many items one Buyer can bid or buy from you in "X" number of days. This may be blocking them.

Now, you do not have to raise that value but you can. The other option is to add that Buyer to your Manage blocked Buyer list further down the page, which means they will not be blocked based on the settings in the Block settings section.

Apply the new settings to all listings. Now, having said all of that it may not apply to the current items the Buyer is trying to purchase so they may have to empty their cart and refill it.
