International shipping claim
An item I sold shipped from USA to Canada using eBay's Global Shipping Program. The item arrived damaged and the buyer needs to be refunded. What's the method for opening a claim?

·3 years agoHave the buyer file an INAD and Ebay should take care of it.
If they don't, you'll need to contact CS and let them know it was a GSP shipment.
