International shipping calculator incorrect.
I had 2 international sales this morning. One going to Japan and one to Indonesia. The one going to Japan said the buyer paid $20 for shipping and he is telling me he paid $93 and wants me to refund the diff. On the one going to indonesia, he made 2 purchases and paid $41 for each package. Shipping page says he paid $7.43 on each. The buyer wants me to refund the difference but I didn't receive that money. It also looks like the packages are being routed through Illinois. I can't get a real person on the phone only AI and they are useless.

If you are enrolled in the eBay International Shipping Program (eIS) and these items were sent to the eBay domestic hub in Glendale Heights, Illinois, your Buyers should only be paying you to get the packages from your zipcode to Glendale Heights. Then your Buyers will need to pay eBay to ship their items from Glendale Heights to their country.
These Buyers should see what their eBay shipping costs are at checkout. As the Seller, you aren't always able to see those charges, so these Buyers could tell you any amount and expect you to refund. Do not refund them those overseas shipping charges. If they persist, let them know that you have no control over what eBay is charging them for the international portion of shipping.

OP4 months agoI've figured that out. I always try to refund over charges but with this system it doesn't work. I have UN enrolled in global shipping.
