I'm needing to ship a bike internationallky. Been quoted 130. -$1100. The Dimensions are 62lbs, L60im X W9in X H32in.

If anyone has some knowledge on this that would be awesome.

Was it the 1940s Montgomery Wards Hawthorne Bicycle sold on December 24th? If so I agree with @comics-scifi-collectibles . Local Pick-up sales require the Buyer to provide you with a QR code or 6 digit code when they pick the item up. If they purchased the bike through eBay they are 100% protected by eBay's Money Back Guarantee. I am surprised they were able to pay through eBay if they don't have a US address.

IF they have a US address on file then you cancel the sale and Relist adding shipping using the Calculated setting so the Buyer knows how much it will cost them to ship the item. You cannot change a Local pick up sale to a sale with shipping if it has been paid for.

Please take a moment and give this some serious thought ... we don't want to see you get scammed on this transaction.

Please Cancel the transaction using the reason Problem with address.

@jtref_0 This is kind of long so feel free to ask questions.

That is NOT something you want to ship internationally. I am an experienced seller and would hesitate to ship a bike domestically! If I did ship a bike domestically I'd probably use Bike Flights.

Just for fun I checked bike flights site to see how much it would cost to ship your bike from 85704 to 10012.... $264.00

Your listing was only set up for Local Pick Up. You can NOT ship an item that has local pick up only.

You need to cancel the sale as problem with buyers address from the drop down menu next to the item on this page> https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:ALL_ORDERS

The reason that you can't ship when you only have local pick up is the buyer will not be able to provide an address at checkout as required by eBay for seller protection. You also won't be able to upload the required Tracking number so you will have a VERY hard time getting your funds released.

You also can't charge the buyer more than stated on the listing and shipping is VERY expensive.

Keep in mind that when you ship an item that YOU responsible for it arriving safely and on time. If it is late arriving or damaged in shipping then YOU have to refund the buyer and file a postal insurance claim which might be denied.

This is how refunds work>>

Refunds, even for order cancellations, come out of your available funds not pending or held. If you do not have available funds then eBay charges your back up payment method for selling costs.

Have you entered your backup payment method for selling costs here: https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list Select Manage under the method you want to use then select Preferred for selling costs. I use a credit card.

Once you issue the refund and the buyers funds are released from being held or finish processing then the buyers payment is released to you.

ONLY OFFER LOCAL PICK UP FOR YOUR BIKE. Scan the QR code from the buyer when they pick up and enter it in the app. That helps get your funds released as your proof of delivery.
