International shipping and payment
I am in the US and enrolled in international shipping. My buyer is in the UK. He is trying to pay but payment is disabled. He thinks it is on my end and that I have UK excluded in my settings. I don't believe this is the case but I can't find where any country exclusions are in settings. I have gone to shipping preferences and it shows I am enrolled internationally but I can not find anywhere to edit it or check country settings

The UK does not allow import of many items, especially toys.
You can also go to your listing on a computer and check the ship to locations by changing your location when viewing the listing. Then just don't forgot to change it back. OR read through the list of ship to countries. The only problem with the list is that sometimes the system will say contact seller for shipping price, which is an error.

OP1 year agoThank you for your suggestions. Much appreciated. That is the item. I had enabled international shipping when I posted and UK is not excluded in my preferences so I am unclear why I can't ship there. Is it something in my settings? or because it is a toy? Thank you again.

Mentor1 year ago@gueuzeguy1. It's because of the has UK restrictions on toys and many other items. I checked and the UK is not on the ship to list for this item. This has nothing to do with your exclusion list.

In your Shipping preferences you want to scroll down and look at the Exclude shipping locations section:
Shipping Preferences
That is where you turn regions and countries of the world ON or OFF.
If the UK is turned ON then the issue may be on the Buyer's end.
