International Shipping

Question

I've created a listing, to later see that I didn't enable international shipping. I tried to do it now, but it wouldnt let me do it (it's all grayed-out where I should enable the option). So i wanted to cancel the auction but there's one bid already... anyone has experienced this before.

Is there any chance to enable international shipping ?

I've tried, many times now.

I have followed the instruction found in this article.

Updating your shipping address in My eBay

You can also review, add, or update your addresses at any time in My eBay:

Go to Addresses.
Select Edit next to Shipping address.
Select Edit next to the address youâ€™d like to change.
Update your address and select Save.

When trying that, in my personal info section, the country can't be changed.

Thanks for your help. I've seen that, which is why Im hoping to find a way without cancelling the listing.

As explained, the option is not available to me. I was hoping it was just a set up somewhere...

@k-reen936 in order to add int'l shipping to this particular listing, u will have to end it, then edit it. let your buyer know so they can rebid on the revised listing.

@k-reen936 Here is the eBay help page about ending a listing . There is a financial penalty for cancelling with bids. Right now, thatâ€™s 15% of $299.00 for the handbag.

@k-reen936 the listing should automatically show ebay int'l shipping, then if u don't want it u can toggle off or keep it and add other int'l options, again via the toggle button.
