Can someone verify for me that my UK buyer's item should be going to an address like this:

I know ebay has the new international shipping program but this made me nervous

Mentor2 years ago@nicheworks That is the address of the shipping hub for the eBay International Shipping Program. Once the item arrives safely there you are done with the sale. eBay will handle ALL refund requests even for not as described and you keep keep the sale.
Just be sure to print the label on eBay so it has the code that ties the sale to you and the buyer.
