International shipping
I ship something for international over seas
ebey says that to ship it to them and they will handle the rest of it but the buyer didn’t get the package they mess up on the address what should I do?

Mentor3 years agoIf the listing used the ebay International Shipping, the package goes to Glendale Heights, IL (there may be additional hubs) where they will prepare the customs forms and then send the package onto your buyer. Did you print out the shipping label using ebay shipping, so all of the codes are included so ebay knows where to ship the package? If you did all that, and your buyer has not received the package by the estimated date shown in his Purchase history, the buyer can file an Item Not Received case, and ebay will refund the buyer out of their own funds.
