New (90 day) seller. I am using my phone for listing. I want to add international sales, but when I list there isn't an option. I have only sold about 14 things... I have a woman who wants
to bid on a piece of jewelry from Japan, but she says the listing won't let her.

Mentor3 years agoYou can try revising your listings that have NOT received any bids. Since you are a new seller, I'm not sure if you can add ebay's International Shipping to your listings.
Go to https://commspreferences.ebay.com/commsprefs
Select Shipping preferences and then select the EIS.
