Hello, I have a potential buyer from France. I am from New Jersey? Is it possible to send internationally and how do I get an estimate for this as well.

I looked at a few of your active listings, and those show that you are not enrolled in the eBay International Shipping Program (eIS). You could try to revise the listing to add an international shipping option. I strongly recommend though, that you first check your Account Settings under Shipping Preferences to see if the eIS option is there. EIS offers the best Seller Protections.
