International shipping
Do I qualify to offer internal shipping? Is there's an option to be in charge of shipping of shipping?

Not all items can ship to all locations due to country specific import restrictions and restrictions of the eBay International Shipping Program.
If the country is not on the long list of ship to countries on the listing then that means the item is excluded from shipping, not the country.
If you share the item number or link to the listing I can take a look.
The UK has restrictions on many toys and electronic items.
