International shipping
I have opted out of EIS and will handle international shipping on my own. I have no excluded locations in any of my shipping policies but my actual listing will only allow US and Canada. Has anyone had this issue before?

Mentor3 weeks ago@rivertrailcollectibles This is just a curiosity question. Why do you not want to use EIS? It is a very good program and offers great Seller Protection, so I'm interested in what you see as lacking for your needs.

Additionally, be sure you have specified a shipping method to 'Worldwide' in your listing.
